Appleby & Associates Proudly Presents
BUILDING HIGH-IMPACT SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAMS

I would like to invite you to the second session of our Leaders’ Challenge Series. The series is designed for internal human resource and organization development professionals responsible for developing leaders at all levels.

This session will focus on the challenges and opportunities in coaching and developing senior leaders and their teams. I will share our stories—good and bad—and facilitate a dialog with you around six key questions:

  • What are the most pressing developmental needs of senior leadership teams?
  • What’s different about developing senior leadership teams?
    What’s the same?
  • What does research tell us about the most effective means of working with senior leaders and their teams?
  • What does our experience tell us about what works...and what doesn’t?
  • What critical skills are needed to help build great leadership teams?
  • What lessons have we learned about engaging senior leaders in development activities?
I will also introduce several new tools that I have found to be effective in helping leaders make the difficult transition from owners of the parts to stewards of the whole—a transition I call “going thru the worm hole.”

Come share your questions and stories about developing leadership teams.
The session will be held at
